Refund policy

 

Every shirt we make is printed specifically for you - it doesn't exist until you order it. That means we're not able to accept returns for sizing choices or a change of heart.

Before you order, we'd love for you to take a look at our sizing chart so your shirt fits just right the first time.


What we do stand behind, completely:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Print quality issue

If any of these happen, we want to hear from you. Reach out to us at support@yardandyon.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right - a replacement or a full refund, no drama. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on.

When you reach out, please include:

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • A photo showing the condition of the item

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. We'll let you know as soon as yours is approved, and you can expect it to appear in your account within a few days.

We're not able to accept returns for:

  • Sizing (please check our size chart before ordering)
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
